Bayan Quran Academy operates under a child-first privacy standard. I collect only the minimum required information necessary to conduct educational evaluations and deliver one-on-one Quran lessons. I never sell, monetize, or share student data with advertisers or third parties.

2. Information Collected

• Parent or Guardian Details: Full name, WhatsApp phone number, and location for lesson scheduling.
• Student Information: First name and age only. I never require government identification or residential addresses for children.
• Class Technical Details: Timezone and basic call connectivity logs to coordinate schedules and troubleshoot audio.

3. Written Consent for Media and Voice

In strict compliance with safeguarding ethics, I never record, publish, or publicly share any child photo, likeness, video, or recitation audio without explicit prior written consent from their parent or legal guardian. Audio progress updates recorded during lessons are strictly shared privately with the verified parent on WhatsApp.

4. Parental Rights and Data Deletion
