1. Free Trial and Invoicing Policy
Every new student is entitled to one free 30-minute private evaluation class with no advance payment or credit card required. If you decide to continue after the trial, tuition is billed on a simple monthly cycle based on your chosen weekly pace. There are no registration fees, hidden charges, or binding contracts.
2. Rescheduling and Makeup Lessons
Family and school commitments come first. If you message me on WhatsApp at least 12 hours prior to class, your lesson credit is retained and we schedule a mutually agreeable makeup time within the same billing month.
3. Mutual Respect and Learning Environment
I commit to patience, punctuality, and professional etiquette in every session. In turn, students and parents agree to maintain a quiet learning space and punctual attendance.
4. Pausing or Stopping Lessons
You may pause lessons for family travel or school exams, or discontinue at any time, by sending a simple WhatsApp message 5 days before your next monthly renewal.
